Aligned Nanotube Arrays on a Patterned Substrate Aligned carbon nanotubes (10 microns long) on Chromium lines (~10 micron wide) at site density about 5x106/cm2. The whole structure was fabricated on a glass substrate. This is a demonstration of our capability of basic lithography, nanotube growth, and the integration of both.   The page is updated on 11/19/04
